- A mortgage review to identify the best rates and deals in the market place
- A review of the potential resale price and comparable evidence of similar property
in the area
- We conduct a review of the developer offering the property to ascertain a comprehensive
understanding of their build quality
- A physical site inspection and multiple site visits to ensure build time and quality
standards are met

deposits, guaranteed rental, which will offer security and peace of mind in your
purchase, or equity release.
- Builders Gifted Deposit
Most mortgage lenders accept that a builders gifted deposit
of 5% can be utilised as part of your purchase and forms part of the overall purchase
price and legal contract. However where the discount achieved exceeds more than
5% this can sometimes be used with some specialist mortgage lenders provided a range
of criteria is met.
- Equity Release
You can release equity from your main residence or one or more of
your investment properties allowing you to re-invest the proceeds into other property
opportunities. We will conduct a review of your property portfolio and explain how
much equity could be released if necessary. The whole process is hassle free and
