We are flexible enough to supply any pack minus an item or items that you already
possess to complete your property. For instance you may already have a spare sofa
or bedroom furniture and wish to remove this from the pack. In addition you may
just need replacement items due to wear and tear or damage. If you need it, we can
source it and supply it.

Where the developer does not supply the necessary kitchen items such as a fridge
freezer or washer dryer we can source it at discounted rates due to our size and
number of clients.
To attract higher paying or corporate tenants you may want to invest in a flat screen
TV, stereos or DVD players which we can source and have delivered to the property.
